Leadership is often underrated. While talking with Dr. Tracy Daniel-Hardy (https://twitter.com/TracyDDaniel) during episode 4 of UnDisrupted, we are reminded of the famous saying, “Anyone can steer a ship while the waters are calm” but true leadership comes from dealing with waves of disruption. Dr. Daniel-Hardy and her leadership team at Gulfport School District in Mississippi have built a vision of what learning will look like in the fall and created a support network for teachers, parents and students to help make that vision a success.
